    • St. Paul businesses ranging from auto body shops to health clubs require a Class N License. Class N renewal fees average more than $1000 but can exceed $6000. The St. Paul City Council voted 7-0 to allow businesses the ability to pay their renewal fees anytime within 6 months of their regular due date without incurring late fees.
